All recipes before April 2024 were created by chefs Dave Cook and Cortney Smith at Gather Food Studio in collaboration with Side Dish and Ranch Foods Direct.

Beginning in April, 2024, I’m inviting guest chefs from my Side Dish Dozen members to contribute recipes, also in collaboration with Ranch Foods Direct.
